On The Day Styling

At Sass we offer a number of services to dress your venue on the day to suit various budgets and requirements.

Your events could include all decorative elements from props and decor to signage and stationery and we can even manage your floristry booking with our inhouse florist ensuring everything works in perfect cohesion and giving you less suppliers to keep up with!

Our signature style is soft and romantic with heaps of texture and contemporary details. We take an uncomplicated approach to styling believing that the beauty comes from those unexpected twists and pops in the colours and layouts.

“Matchy matchy” is not really our thing. We create unique and exciting designs with an elevated colour palette and considered details that will focus on ambience and experience on the day. Check out our gallery for our previous work.

Our Services- Bespoke Design & Styling

Our luxury service is our most popular option. Let us design & curate your wedding to wow your guests with a unique look full of personality and attention to detail. This is a personalised service tailored to you as a couple and the experience you want us to create for your guests.

The process- Discovery call, personalised mood board and quote, shared pinterest, x1 pre design call.  x1 mock up meeting at our studio to view a table set up in real life, x1 pre wedding phone call + regular updates throughout, on the day set up with a minimum team of x2 stylists.

Minimum spend £1800 / Average Spend £2600

Our Services- Ready To Go Styling Packages

New for 2025/26 we have a choice of 3 beautifully curated decor packages which have been designed to include everything you need to create a show stopping experience for your guests with multiple personalised details to really make it your own. Packages available with or without signage & stationery.

The process- Discovery call, packages suggested based on your design direction, x1 pre design call, x1 face to face meeting, x1 pre wedding call, on the day set up.

Our Services- Aesthetic Planning & Budget Support

New for 2025/26 this service can be added onto any booking.

Full management of any of the visual elements to your day with access to so many amazing and trusted local suppliers. From florists to favours, invites and cakes, the list of aesthetic details for the perfect day  is endless!

Take the stress out of planning and let us curate the perfect team of suppliers for your look and budget and ensure that each element is perfectly cohesive. Our aesthetic planning service is a flat rate of £350 but our aim is to actually save you money overall.

Includes a budget planning sheet, access to our trusted suppliers list, a hands off, stress free planning experience and regular updates throughout.

On The Day…

Either the day before or the morning of the event our team will arrive at your venue with everything we need to bring our designs to life and transform the space.

You don’t need to be present so this allows you and your family to relax and enjoy every minute of the day and the morning leading up to it.

The Next Day…

We will take care of all clear down and collection of props allowing you and your friends and family to rest those tired heads from the night before.

How Much Does Venue Styling Cost?

We currently offer a range of styling options to suit various budgets.

Please note that the cost will depend heavily on the size of your wedding, the number of guests and how many areas we will be dressing.

Minimum spend is £1400 for any on the day set up.

Average spend £2500 approx (excluding flowers)

Prop hire for DIY weddings has no minimum spend. (See DIY PROP HIRE)
